What We Offer
Orlando Wellness Collaborative operates as a center that features services, classes, and workshops offered by variety of healing professionals in the Orlando community. All of our services are holistic in nature and are designed to give you access to multiple resources to help you heal and recover. Each provider schedules and manages their own services. Here are the current types of services offered:
Yoga & Meditation
A regular yoga and meditation practice creates mental clarity, increases body awareness, relieves chronic stress patterns, and relaxes the mind.
Hypnotherapy can reprogram subconscious patterns and promote healthy changes in your perceptions, sensations, emotions, memories, thoughts, or behaviors.
Holistic Mental Health Counseling & Coaching
Holistic therapy addresses the mind, body, and spirit to support health and healing. It’s very similar to general therapy or counseling but often draws on complementary and alternative practices that the therapist may also have in their toolbox. It’s combining mental and emotional health with physical and spiritual aspects of experience.
Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that encourages emotional and physical healing through improving the flow of life force energy through the body.
Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind.
Breathwork is an active form of meditation that incorporates the intentional use of the breath to balance the body and mind and release unwanted emotions.
Transforming art into something cherished is inherently hopeful and it never ceases to amaze how the process touches people.
